Super location, i was in the heart of the city and everything is walking distance. Amazing

Fabulous stay and great hotel!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were very nice, professional and very welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, close to metro station and located in the city centre. It is very convenient for exploring Barcelona and getting around the city. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. The air-con worked perfectly, and the amenities provided were of great quality. Everything felt well thought out and maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

Room was not what was expected. There was a smell throughout the room, the shower drain did not drain properly, the sink gurgled when the shower was running, and the shower buttons did not work, among other things. Very disappointing with the price.

This was a great place to stay at and would highly recommend it. It’s right in the middle of everything you would want to do and see. Everything is within walking distance. Also the rooftop bar is a must see. The staff and security staff are very friendly and helpful.

In general, it was a pleasant stay. Awesome staff. Friendly and helpful. Special recognition to Enric from the restaurant. He provided a terrific service. The buffet breakfast is overpriced. Excellent location. Bed and pillows were perfect.

Best location for all the scenery and metro station is just around the corner.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean, bright and spacious, comfortable beds. Great location, close to lots of shops and cafes. The only thing That I didn’t like was the outside noise. My room was on E floor facing the street on the lowest level above the lobby and you could hear everything from the outside.

I was told my reservation did NOT include breakfast....

Excellent location. Near La Ramblas but far enough to avoid the crowds. Very nice, courteous, and helpful staff. Vinitus Bar and Restaurant very near. Highly recommended

The staff at this hotel is great and super attentive including the luggage porters and security. Raul from guest relations was excellent resource. The hotel is an excellent location. However where this hotel suffers is the wide variance between rooms even of the same category. My second stay here in span of two weeks, and my room this time was 829 with spectacular view of sagrada familia and massive terrace. This room was much nicer than my 3rd floor terrace room with ugly view. My other room I booked for my parents was 803. A tiny terrace without dated bathroom. We were able to switch to 123 which was a little better. Still just such a big difference between rooms makes for inconsistent experience. The pillows must be updated. And the towels are in need of update in my opinion

The staff was amazing, the concierge helped me plan all the transportation to and from attractions. Hotel was clean, rooftop was the best.

Stayed 2 night at this hotel. Its location is excellent. One of the best areas to stay in Barcelona. The front desk staff are excellent and attentive. Tons of security in the front as well. As for the room. I had room with terrace. The terrace was huge but it did not have a decent view at all, which was disappointing. Bathroom was fine. Closet was in weird location that didn’t really let you store luggage in there. Bed was sturdy but mattress could be softer. However the pillows were awful. Also rooms let a lot of sound in (not from The outside) but from the hallways. In the morning you can hear people entering & leaving roommates, hear house keeping etc. It is a little annoying when you are trying to sleep in. Nice rooftop and the breakfast buffet is excellent.
