Property seems to have had renovations done on the cheap side . Bathroom all patch up in the construction. Towels were worned out, shampoos of doubtful quality . A strong swell of humidity coming out the AC . Food at the buffet did not seem fresh , all fruit and vegetables seem refrigerated and burned , colours and textures were indicated of being old … on a tropical region ? Seems a shame

Excellent service. The Club Room is a well-worth benefit with good and free food and beverages. The hostesses assigned there are highly personable and hospitable. Jennifer is especially great!

The property is well known, huge building, great food, professional, nice and well informed staff. I really like the shower and location. However, the rooms had a mildew smell, and the bed linens and towels, though some of them they are a good quality material, they were smelly- like sweat and unclean. I felt like one of the beds had bed bugs because I was itching. I finally slept on the cover and not on the bed sheet. The premises were not care for; garden, pool area, etc. The hotel has huge potential if only they used a better sanitizing system for the sheets and towels, work on the A/C to remove mildew smell and sanitize the rooms, update restaurant, repair and update patio, pool area, etc.
