Wonderful place too stay

Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly. Check-in line was quite busy, but moved very quickly. The only available parking is the valet parking which was kind of expensive but as 2 women travelling alone, we thought it was worth it than trying to find public parking. Great location. A very easy walk to Ottawa University, as well as Bayward market. You can almost see the mall from the hotel.! I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was lovely. Beautiful bathroom. Staff was very nice. Walking distance to many things including canal and mall. Restaurant a bit overpriced. Took off one star for construction going on which wasn’t noisy but limited places in hotel we could go and overall aesthetic.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym and pool area were small, but there were many families enjoying the space. The staff were helpful.

The Lord Elgin never disappoints. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The brunch was a nice option in the morning and the cocktails at the bar was a nice way to end the day.
