Always great to stay here

We had a family Disneyland trip and this was a great location. They were very accommodating with my needs

This is the perfect place to stay when you want straightforward service done well. The rooms were comfortable and clean, all pathways clean and well lit, the air temperature control worked great, the shower was hot with even pressure, the staff were helpful but not overbearing, and the location can't be beat. We loved having a microwave and mini-fridge. Plus the store across from the lobby is a treasure trove of snacks, drinks, and merch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Front desk worker was pretty unfriendly. Just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. However, I try to play nice unless you’re being really unreasonable. Had no idea the hotel was so big!!! Our room was all the way at the other end. The walkway/hallway seemed endless. It was so crazy. Good view of fireworks from room. Definitely a lack of soundproofing, but thankfully no crazy neighbors being loud at ungodly hours. Love how close the hotel is to the park, but our faraway room made it seem not so close. The valet only parking is annoying. Guess they just want to be able to control traffic in and out

We were greeted by Charles the valet. He was kind & friendly. He gave us great instructions. Everything was clean and quiet. Everyone was friendly.

Had a great experience! Front desk and valet team were professional and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in a perfect place for food and distance to Disneyland. Would definitely stay again!

Great room layout for our family. We've stayed at almost all the properties along Harbor Blvd. and this is our favorite. The walls are very thin and it is noisy however.
