Disneyland Cheat Code! The property: inviting, clean, and (best of all) conveniently located right across the street from Disneyland. Quick stroll to Downtown Disney shops and restaurants. Onsite convenience shop for anything you might have forgotten or need in a pinch. Next door to McDonalds and Panera for any food and beverage needs. Did not use pool because it was a family trip with young kids who don't know how to swim, but I'm sure it would be excellent, based on the how well the hotel is maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and stocked with fridge for our leftover food from dinner. Very much appreciate those amenities. Bathroom door didn't lock in our room but fine since travelling with just my family. Staff is incredible: helpful and courteous. Valet drivers were friendly and accomodating with luggage cart. Front desk excited at check-in. Good vibe. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Fantastic property near Disney. The family suite was excellent, with lots of space. Very nice customer service, and we saw fireworks every night. Very close to Disney and restaurants.

The valet drivers were super rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t explain the process of checking in your car and slammed their hand down in anger when we didn’t know what we were doing. They were sarcastic and not helpful at all. The room was not clean and felt like no one had been there in a long time. The fridge didn’t work and practically fell down on us.

Love staying here. Easy walk to Disney. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. The valet staff are amazing. Highly recommend!!!!

I liked the rooftop pool where we could view the fireworks. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice open counter and shelving to keep belongings off the floor. It is valet parking only, but car retrieval was fast. 5 minute walk to Disneyland.

Clean room but house keeping does t really do much during the longer stays which sucks. Just emptied garbage and took dirty towels. Wished they would leave large trash bags for us to use especially for the bigger groups. Convince for sure by Disney. Staff at front desk could have been nicer but it is what it is. Guy at the rental for wheelchairs was super nice and the valet staff went above and beyond for sure.

The hotel is fine - especially if all you’re doing is sleeping in the room. They do charge a fee for early check in but will hold your bags if you want to go somewhere else and not pay the fee. The room was spacious enough for my family. It was mostly clean except for a hair and some dust on the towels. It would have been nice to have been made aware that all housekeeping does is take out the trash. I would have made our beds if I had known that was not included in services. My kids loved the fact that the pool was 3 1/2 feet deep throughout, so they felt safe in the pool. They do not provide conditioner in the rooms, so if your hair needs it (like mine), you will have to bring your own.

I was told upon checking in that my stay didn’t include cleaning? And that trash and towels were the only service to be provided during our stay. They didn’t replace our towels or take out our trash during our stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect location for visiting Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for a family of 5. Would definitely stay again.

Close to all restaurants and Disneyland. Large comfortable rooms.

Loved the sort walk to Disneyland! Great view of the nightly fireworks from our room for the nights we were not at the parks.
