Rooms are a bit rough, showing many signs of wear and could use updating. The entire place feels dated and ignored by Corporate. Pool was cold as ice and barely anyone was in it except for some die hard kids. A bit dirty too Hot tub looked like someone urinated in it. Lots of empty commercial units on the first floor. Also, we lost power a few times and had to listen to an enormous generator hum. The only bright spot was the staff. I found everyone from check in to the pool bar and room service staff very friendly. But I would not stay here again due to the other issues. I expected more from a Hilton.

Clean, excellent pool and beach area. Most of the food options were tasty but very expensive. Rooms could use a refresh but very nice large rooms. Service was great, very friendly staff.

I had two rooms booked had to get changed 3 times. First two rooms were out in a far wing garden suite away from all amenities and you have to walk down unlit halls. Second room I had a significant leak in the ceiling and I had to move out 1130pm had an early morning flight. Phone didn’t work in room requested a replacement and never arrived. Couldn’t even call the front desk. The associate who was helping me told me i had to move everything out of the room and then they can issue a new room. I told him i will be out of all the rooms early in the AM if i could just pack in the morning. He got the manager and it was approved. Everytime you go to the front desk the associate goes to the back room for at least 10 minutes and then returns very odd. Safe didn’t work in both rooms the hotel isn’t bad overall but the maintenance is not up to par. The manager was nice removed the resort fee but it’s not about that for me on vacation. Things happen I understand but you need to maintain the facility if you are charging a premium.

Do not be fooled by the online pictures. I paid $700 a night for what I thought would be a premium experience, but this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had. The property is in a state of total disrepair and the "solutions" offered by staff were a joke. ​Room 1: Disgusting and Broken ​The first room was unacceptable. The furniture was broken, there were holes in the carpet, and the cleanliness was non-existent—I even found hair in the bathtub. To make matters worse, both the sink and the tub were completely clogged and would not drain. ​Room 2: No Better ​After complaining, I was moved to a second room, which was just as bad. This room had a clogged tub and a broken (clogged) safe. It is clear that the maintenance issues are not isolated; they are systemic across the entire hotel. ​Poor Property Maintenance & Insulting Service ​The common areas are no better. The pool deck chairs were so badly stained they were unusable. When I brought these massive failures to the staff's attention, the only thing they offered was to remove a $50 resort fee. On a $700-a-night bill, that is an insult. ​The Verdict: You will be deeply disappointed if you stay here. They are charging five-star prices for a one-star experience. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene and guest satisfaction.
