The Restaurant (Tinto) in the Hotel was one of the best restaurant in the city.

Staff with poor customer service oriented. Complaints submitted to the Hotel Manager and big silence no even a profesional courtesy reply

First of all there is no elevators, there is a two story building and you need to carry your own luggage to the second floor. Second horrible pillows, very hard & stuffed pillows! Third you need to walk all the way to the lobby carrying your suitcases because they don’t let the uber get in!

Ac and heater worked great, room was clean, shower clean, had 3 shower towels, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Friendly staff, always a pleasure to stay at VOCO the breakfast buffet is awesome, highly recommended Mr. Carlos the valet, very attentive and helpful. Thank you Frank Kingman
