Lovely 2 night stay! Stayed in privilege room very nice and clean. Restaurant and bar very nice and relaxed ! Food was very good standard and staff were polite and friendly

Clean room, was very warm but a fan was provided. The bathroom is a little dated but works & the shower had good pressure so was nice & powerful. The breakfast was good, a buffet selection. The chap on reception was very friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

Not worth the price, amenities are so old, feels like the 90’s. Breakfast is terrible.

Ok. Just frustrating when cleaner let knocking on our door, quite a basic hotel, no better than premier inn,

Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff. Room a little tired but with good facilities. Beware it is a dog friendly hotel and we encountered several dogs in the corridors.

A dirty, poorly maintained example of a Mercury Hotel. There also appeared to be some longer term visitors staying at the hotel.

We had an accessible room, just there right thing. Very clean, proper wet room shower. Breakfast was really good with good range of hot and cold items.

Everything you would expect with exception of aircon! Room great, staff great, food great. Just a bit hot!

Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value. The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room. TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels. The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable. Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms. All in all though a good hotel and one we would use again.

Very clean hotel in need of renovation. Staff at reception were very polite. Staff in restaurant appeared to have too much time standing around talking amongst themselves. The meals at breakfast and dinner were very good value for money.
