What a nice stay we had the hotel very clean and the staff are very professional and very helpful

Lovely big comfy beds. Staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing lovely crispy bacon.

Room was clean and good nights sleep lovely firm mattress. Decor a bit tired

Superb stay! Excellent from start to finish. Hotel was spotless, the breakfast superb, staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, room and bed were really comfortable and the complimentary Welsh cakes were the cherry on the cake!!

This is no better than a travellodge. Very smelly along corridors and in need of modernising. Staff good. Food way overpriced .

Hotel was immaculate on stepping through the main entrance. Very friendly staff at reception and at the bar. On checking in they changed our room to accommodate myself and my son sharing. Great overall stay and experience. I deal for staying if going to the football or weekend in Swansea.

On room had a lake view and the staff were great!

The staff were all lovely and so helpful especially all the team on the reception.

Loved the priveleged room and getting a later checkout which was really helpful, staff rally friendly, loved the bar area

Lovely staff, room was clean. The hallway is under refurbishment and needs completing. Nice little welcome with some Welsh cakes on arrival. No crisps or peanuts at the bar!

All Good thanks apart from worn bathroom. Staff were very concerned and helpful.

Poorly decorated and maintained room. Smelt musty. Dirty. Would not stay again but got stuck travelling later than planned so had to stay.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good quality and clean equipment at gym, free parking, good location next to a lake.

Our stay was excellent value for money. Breakfast was lovely, clean room etc, kettle and teas provided. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Minor thing was that the halls could do with a lick of paint but the rooms themselves, and the bar etc was nice.

Friendly staff, lovely reception and bar / restaurant area. Rooms a bit dated, but large, quiet, with comfy bed. Breakfast decent.
