Reception was really bad. The check in service was really slow. I’ve checked in since 1pm, and the receptionist said that the room is not ready yet. So we need to come back again at 3pm. I requested to stay close to my sister room. And she said ok. So, We wait and back at 5:30pm and there’s something fishy. The receptionist ask me to wait like 10 minutes. She’s going into the back office and somebody came out. Her colleague I don't remember the name, he offered me rooms that available is for a disabled person or room level 4 which is far from my sister who stays at level 2. And he only explained that the room is for a wheelchair person and is bigger than the actual normal room. So he suggests me to get this room. Instead of the room in level 4. And so I agreed with him, but when I entered the room, the room was ok, but the problem is the bathroom is not ok. There’s an attached chair in the bathroom. Which is really specialized for a disables person. Which makes us hard to take a shower. So we complained and I asked to change the room into level 4. Since we haven't touch anything in the room. The receptionist said that the room in level 4 was sold out already. He has given the room into another person. Well, its like 5 minutes difference. He said that the hotel is fully booked and there's no more rooms available. And that is nonsense. The hotel has a lot of rooms. I saw there’s still a lot of guests checking in. That can’t be fully booked. The guy spoke to us like we’re not the guest of the hotel. He explained so rude to us and not even care where we’re staying at. And suddenly the supervisor came out and talk to us nicely and offer us to stay in level 4 but need to wait for another 1 hour. And yes we waited for just 15 minutes. The thing is, the receptionist have to know how to say things nicely to the customers.
