We booked in last-minute after our original accomodation fell through.
My sister was unwell, but the concierge team was wonderful looking after her while I got us checked in nice and fast with the Reception staff; we were really looked after amazingly well, from a room upgrade to extra ice for my sister. We really appreciated all the extra effort!
Even while there are renovations, it is quiet and clean, the facilities are top-notch and everyone was so kind and caring. A wonderful experience!

I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. It appears to be newly renovated, as the environment is fresh and modern. The service was also excellent, with staff being attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is very close to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around the city. It is also within walking distance of the shopping district and Dam Square.
However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room was a bit dim, even with the lights on. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which was a bit of a nuisance.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. The hotel's modern ambiance, excellent service, and convenient location outweighed the minor issues I encountered. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Amsterdam.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment but seems to be mostly complete. The beautiful bar was not open but opens in two days so 11th March I believe. The staff and lobby are is beautiful with a nice cafe on the side. The walk is less than 10 minutes from the train station and in a nice area quite a lot less noisy than the main streets just nearby.
The hotel room was stunning and modern with a lovely seat to look out of the windows which includes an automatic blind. The shower and bath were impeccably clean and powerful which was excellent.
The tv single was intermittent on all channels not sure if that was just my room but not required as there is so much nearby.
The hotel was very peaceful and I can’t wait to return

For this money we could have had a much better place.
Rome are really small beds are not comfortable. There is not place to open and store suit cases.

Staff went above and beyond during our stay for our honeymoon, will definitely be returning couldn’t be happier and did not want to leave. Lovely clean rooms lots of space definitely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, also kindly gifted us some lovely cake and drinks for our celebrations. Can’t wait to return !
