Nice and clean place to stat

Breakfast is fresh. The recommended Club breakfast is very good.

Part of the hotel and room seemed dated for a hotel of this brand. We were expecting more upscale in terms of room amenities. Bathroom was especially small. Staff and maintenance were very responsive to needs we had. Our room was beside the elevator shaft which was noisy at night however we did not make the effort to ask to change rooms.

Lovely stay! Rooms were exceptionally tidy and well kept. Main common areas were quiet and private. Beds were comfortable, staff were very pleasant.

Room was clean except the carpets need a wash, smell of foot odour. I noticed the smell as soon as we got to the room. I purchased an air freshener which helped. The rest of the room was clean. Shower spray head was loose and sprayed water all over the floor, but was easily fixed by tightening it. Checkin/Checkout was smooth. Underground parking is tight, no trucks can park downstairs, they do have parking for trucks outside but you have to leave your keys with front desk. Overall a good stay.

For the price, the overall hotel is not kept clean as well. It is an older hotel but could be better maintained - both in room and hallway.

Everything was very good

A good location to visit Ottawa from. Within walking distance for the major museums,art gallery, and shopping streets. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Very comfortable stay overall

Bathroom extremely small. You have to stand beside the toilet to close the door. Carpet in room stained/dirty looking. Noise coming from duct work when heat came on-very loud when sleeping.

Room and check in check out, bell service and parking garage all good. Bad experience at restaurant with the breakfast. But staff was very friendly and they credited us for the breakfast. But food was not good.
