Great hotel. Excellent rooms with kitchens. Always a great stay. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location so close to Rogers Arena, BC place, QE, Grandview venues. Shopping on Robson, right there. Everything was great except the elevators. They sucked, long waits.

WiFi was excellent.

Our first time there and we were super happy with the room as it had a sitting area separate from the beds. Elevators were on the slower side.. over great location for what we needed. Nice to have pool and restaurant right there!

Front desk were efficient bordering on hostile.

And very nice place but the riom was very dated. Still, i would stay again.

Clean room and spacious. Loved that there was a kitchenette to make your own food.

The rooms are great. Whenever I have an option for a kitchenette in my room, I go for that. I always love a suite feel and this place has that covered! Unfortunately one of the elevators was down, which made going up and down from my 17th floor suite a bit frustrating. They closed the steam room and sauna randomly on our second day which was also unfortunate. I know elevators and steam/sauna amenities are out of their control, but was still unfortunate for us. The staff customer service skills at the front desk were not the greatest. I understand stressful situations can make things difficult, but providing kinds customer service at your first point of contact with the customers should still be the most important.

Stay was great..Cleaning staff was incredible One ..Elevator was down which mad it longer to get to and from your floor..

Clean room, nicely furnished. Quiet. Pleasant, efficient and welcoming staff. One of the three elevators was broken so we spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
