This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally.

A few people have remarked on the decor, I really liked it. The room was clean and pretty well maintained. Good range of breakfast options. Very convenient location if you're catching the train.

The room was clean. The bathroom had no counter space for toiletries. The breakfast was not very good. Had only one coffee machine for a lot of people and was often out of milk, water etc. The only hot item (eggs) was always out, even at 8:30 am when breakfast is supposed to go til 10:00 am The location is excellent to the train and bus station

We had a rental car, we had to drive around to find dinning options

Nice hotel located close to city center (10-20 minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions). We appreciate the early check in and underground safe parking (about Euro 20/night). Spacious rooms. Refrigerator did not cool much. WiFi did not work. A/C worked well.

We wanted a hotel with parking close to the ferry terminal for the next morning. This fit the bill. It was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful especially with a lot of luggage. Diverse array of breakfast foods were available the next morning. The area is busy and street parking is difficult. Fortunately they have a garage below with easy in/out access.

Very nice hotel close to station. Great staff on the desk, good breakfast. Happy to have stayed there and would definitely stay there again if I’m ever silly enough to come to Sicily again.

The hotel is good value. Close to transport and city highlights and eateries. Rooms were larger than average and in good condition. The breakfast was great.

Moments from the central train station, this is a well run and hospitable hotel that is perfect for the train traveller. The front desk was efficient and helpful at all times. There is great corner pub just a block away and it’s a short walk to the best sites in Messina.

I enjoyed the 24 desk. I felt safe at this hotel. Everyone was friendly. I stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was amazing. They had so much. Stay here you will love it

Staff were great!

The hotel is very well maintained for an older property. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for someone trying to learn Italian. The full breakfast that was included with the cost of the room was excellent and a nice surprise.

Nice comfortable older hotel. Not far from some of the better sights of Messina. Good breakfast, attentive serving staff, english speaking hotel desk staff as well. Older hotel could use some updating but clean and comfortable.

It was a nice surprise to find out the breakfast was free,as it says in the discription it is 10 euros person. It was a very good breakfast lots of choices
