Clean hotel, nice personnel, close to city center.

Everything was good except for the missing minibar. For a 4-star hotel, I think a complimentary minibar or afternoon refreshment would be a nice addition.

Such a good location. Right in the city center. The staff was all so kind. I got sick and they were extremely helpful, they sent a doctor to my room. Very nice amenities as well and the room was great.

Great location close to restsurant, shops and la ramble

The breakfast was disappointing (for a Brit) as there wasn't much choice unless you wanted continental. The toasters were so slow, we gave up! Also, 1 coffee per person in the room was stingy, with no option for tea, etc. Also a cardboard cup, which was disappointing. The location was brilliant, with lots on the doorstep and the metro about 200yds away. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, amenities and can’t beat the location ! Transit all around the hotel. Beautiful rooftop pool although we weren’t able to use fully due to March cool weather!

Great location—within easy walking distance of major attractions, metro stations, and plenty of shopping. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They clearly made an effort to ensure our stay was comfortable, which we really appreciated. The only minor downsides were that the elevators were a bit slow at times, and the pillows were somewhat hard and flat for my liking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Old building, bathroom smelled. Some staff nice others not really bothered.

The air conditioner was set at 80 F , extremely hot. I asked them to lower it and they said it was not possible. We had to open the windows , sleep with our covers during our entire stay.

5-Stars all around! A TRUE 5-Star Hotel! From all of their Staff, ranging from Front Reception to Door Service to their Wait Staff, they were ALWAYS nice, helpful, attentive and quick. They have a Michelin Star Restaurant at the Hotel, Batea. Stayed in room 311, Junior Suite, completely updated with high end finishes. Room was super quiet so noise was never an issue. and I could easily open a window to get a breeze. Perfect Location! Practically on the corner of Gran Via and Passeig de Gracia. Very easy to get a Taxi from there. 5-min walk to Casa Batlló. A 12 min walk to La Boqueria Market. Walking distance to everything within the Gothic Quarter. This is a MUST STAY place for EVERY possible reason!

The staff was more than courteous -- they were uniformly helpful, friendly, and considerate. I have never encountered better in any hotel!
