The room was very smelly. We had to sleep with the door opened and outside was very loud. So no fun!

Had an issue with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were extremely rude when directed by management to rectify, but the management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the situation right. Cannot complement them enough and gives me confidence that similar issues will not arise in the future. Breakfast was great and property overall was well-maintained.

Great location with amazing views of the sea and coastline and very close to the old town, botanic gardens and Villa Guilia. Our room was on 3rd floor with balcony. Large room with a huge bed, moden decor and a powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were attentive. Highly recommended.

There were multiple issues at this property. Lack of towels, the quality control is not good. We paid for a room with a balcony with table and chairs. We got the balcony but not the chairs. The sofa was stained and ripped. Close to a 2 star. A real disappointment for the price that we paid (500€ plus) per night.

The hotel is situated on the promenade in Palermo. The hotel provided the usual facilities in the rooms - our room had a view of the promenade - there are plenty of different Italian restaurants in the locality - you’re spoilt for choice. The staff at the hotel are helpful (particularly the Reception Staff). The swimming pool area is well maintained and staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
