Stayed 4 nights for Christmas Markets. Room was clean, breakfast was basic but enough choice. No tea or coffee making facility in room

Nice hotel, good for a few nights whilst sightseeing or seeing the Christmas markets. Breakfast was lovely, only thing I would recommend is some upgrades in the room, lick of paint and a kettle would be good.

An ideal location for a short term stay in the heart of Berlin. V close to lively areas with many bars and night spots, while tube station next door easily services all the major attractions. V clean.

The hotel room was clean, looked recently renovated. Stable wifi. Nearby is a good supply of restaurants and stores. Two major subway/underground/metro stations nearby.

The Hotel is close to the Underground station U1 & U3. Situated back from the Main Street, it’s quiet and comfortable. Very clean and the staff are attentive to all enquires.

Front desk service was amazing. Just a little small in places and awkward to move around. We did have a stroller and small child though.

The place and location great. The staff is very nice. The only issue I had is the bathroom reeked of mildew. It was so pungent, I had to buy an air freshener for the bathroom. The smell was coming from the shower drain and the shower had black mold all over it. Since there is no central air, I understand, but a fan in the bathroom appeared to be there but not working. They really should fix it for $352.00 per night, had I known I would have stayed else where, The Quentin Hotel is a block away and is more “satisfactory”

The room was clean and quiet. Some visitors may be uncomfortable with prostitutes that visibly frequent the nearby area. Nice coffee place close to hotel.

Apart from the reading lamps not working it was a very pleasant stay.

Okay room for a business trip but relatively noisy. You'll hear noises from the street outside and the other guests inside. Wifi works sporadically. Don't hope to hold online meetings.

Absolute and likely deliberately deceptive name. Nowhere near Potsdamer Platz in style, location or comfort. The prostitutes outside were fairly entertaining to watch however.

Lovely clean place and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little stuffy as no aircon but all in all no complaints.

The location is excellent. The room is clean and spacious with two beds and a sofa. The atmosphere is a bit business like. Not cosy. Mattress is fine. Pillows are ok. Super quiet. Bathroom is clean and has everything needed.

Breakfast was really good, however the overall condition of the hotel can be better. Location is fine: 30 min walk from Potsdamer Platz

Fantastic location. Super helpful staff. Good breakfast, all for a good price.

Were missing a bar to sit in the evening and coffee in the room.
