Vincent on reception was quite abrupt and unfriendly- he did not give a good first impression. The rooms were clean and functional for a 1 night stay.

Room was clean, there was a minibar. Location is great, you can just walk to the city center. Staff is also good.

Near to stations and old town. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Eat as much as you want buffet breakfast for €13.50 - ok, but awful coffee . Hotel is expensive for a three star but prices are high due to location

Right in the centre. Well positioned for shops, bars and restaurants. Near both railway stations. Only problem was parking as the hotel couldn't accommodate us.

Great location room fine butt shower was terrible half wall and not a stable shower head the floor got all wet because the movable portable head would not stay in position

Perfect location for visiting Lille with convenient parking. Unfortunately there was the smell of pets ingrained into the carpets. The service and price were good.
