The room was just ok, I was on the bottom floor, my widow was right in the rear parking lot if the one set of curtains that barely fit the window were not closed all the way people in the parking lot could see directly into my room. The staff were friendly but there is a definite disconnect due to language barrier as the staff is from a different culture. The parking on the second night was terrible as I had to park way in the back of the hotel and with no rear entrance I was definitely nervous about walking alone all the way around the back of the building in the evening by myself.

Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. It’s basically the cheapest mattress possible on a very poorly designed frame. I honestly feel half the bed had broken springs that’s how bad it was. My husband and I are in our late 30’s and can barely move because our backs and neck are so sore. Room was very outdated and the floor was chipped in areas and had springy spots. Bathroom was so dim it was hard to see in the mirror while getting ready… the photos are misleading for sure. I will say the price was better compared to other hotels for this time frame. But that’s about the only positive I can say. Won’t stay here again.

Parking was very good. Staff very pleasant.The room we were in, very poorly "redone". Would not stay here again. The pillows were square and lumpy. The bed supportive but was from the time beds were made with many springs that squeak.

There was hair on our bed and one out of two pillows was tiny. The toilet seat was also broken and kept falling off

Not very clean...bathroom had hair on the shower ledge, dust on the ledge. it'd not been cleaned. Not too far from the hwy. need little bit renovation. Decent beds.

The room we stayed in was so dirty if I was able we would have left, the bathroom floor and walls did not look like they have been cleaned in months. I wouldn’t even take off my shoes that’s how gross it was. The bed wasn’t a hotel bed it was a cot style spring bed and super uncomfortable, the fridge still has stuff from before. I mean when we first walked in it took me by surprise but manageable until I seen the state of the bathroom and sat on the bed. The pillows are like dollar store pillows and small like a couch cushion other then 1

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was disgusting. There were splashes behind the door, the bathtub was dirty, and the toilet had black stains inside. The entire room smelled bad, and the odor made me feel sick. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here unless the property is properly cleaned and maintained.

My experience with emerald hotel is not great but good enough for just a one night stay. *TV is outdated but with cable service. *Bathroom is ok, but not excellent. *Coffee Maker is available but with cheap package of sugar & powder cream. *Shampoo, Conditioner, & Lotion, comes in a small tubes (Need Update) *Pool water is not fresh. *Hotel Staff friendly, two thumbs up. *Internet is good *No Breakfast *Location is definitely in a quite neighborhood. I will recommend this hotel only if you are planning to stay for one night sleep. More than that I would find a different hotel.

First off a lot of reviews say this place is clean, the air conditioner works well and the rooms were well kept up, so I thought it was good to book. This is not true my room was not clean, dirt on the floor and the side table was full of crumbs as well as cup rings. The a/c didn’t work and was very loud. My room wreaked of smoke and all the furniture was falling apart. The bed was on a flimsy frame and was not comfortable.

When I checked into my room, there was take-out garbage behind the door left by the last guest. The floor was sticky and there was a mystery liquid on the piece of furniture where the TV was. The toilet was also dirty and the room was grungy over-all. I didn’t stay the night. The lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding and told me to work with Expedia to request a refund. If you’re thinking of this hotel - avoid unless very desperate.

The King mattress was of terrible quality. I could hear and feel the springs. There was minimal cushion on it. Certainly not why I chose a King room on purpose. One thing that a hotel has to provide at the minimum is a comfortable sleep, and for that, one needs a quality mattress.
