There was a strong odor coming from the sink and toilet. Other than that, everything was fine.

Room sin a very bad condition, first thing I saw was a cockroach dead on the floor into the bathroom, with the print of it on the floor, I asked personal to go and clean the room, they just removed the thing without cleaning the floor … disgusting!!!

Our first room had internet and hot water issue. So hotel changed the room for us. Internet quality improved but wasn't ideal. We got hot water in the new room but the water pressure was dismal. Staff spoke English and they were genuinely helpful.

The room had cockroach’s and the blow dryer was throwing fire , the room was next to the street and people were throwing items and the staff was not helping at all . Also police officers were there but they will not do anything.

the shower pressure AINT it . also the counter top was dirty as we first arrived. everything else was good. if they change the shower heads i would stay there again but if not i wouldn’t

Let me start by saying the staff are super friendly and helpful and do their best and they are great and the only reason id say the hotel is good. With that out of the way This hotel has no reason to be 3 stars or call itself luxury anything. The rooms are in very poor shape. Our room had chunks of the walls missing, the shower didn't drain and you quickly end up showing in a pool of dirty water. The whole rooms are in desperate need of remodeling 5 years ago. The water pressure was awful, barely any warm water. The lights in the bathroom flickered and were loud. This place solely relies on being in a privileged part of town and on having a good looking front but it's just a façade. Their price is way way too much even for being in San Pedro. Just totally not worth the price. If you only care about location go for it but man it's really awful ownership that you can tell the moment you go in the toon
