The room was large and comfortable. The wait staff in the hotel restaurant was exceptionally hospitable .

Even though, we had a couple issues with the room itself and its amenities, Carlos gave his best in personal service. Very warm and courteous!

Concierge was so helpful. Housekeeping was delightful. Room was a little aged in bathroom. Interesting water smell and water spots in wall under sink.

Our bathroom flooded shortly after we moved in to our Club Level room. We ordered a taxi on the last day that we waited over an hour for and then discovered we had been forgotten. At the same time we ordered a taxi for airport pick up which was also forgotten. We have now placed our entire stay in dispute with our credit card provider

The bathroom smelled weird don’t know if it was mold

The hotel is very well located in the city center, has a shuttle for evening transport to nearby restaurants and attractions (like Puerto Madero). Staff is great, restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent. Has very good gym and indoor pool. Only downside on our part is that mattresses were on the hard side and pillows too large/tall. Overall would definitely return.

What a beautiful property! The lobby was very rich in style! The staff was very kind and thoughtful, willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable! While I didn't use the gym or the pool, both looked in credible! I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially because there is so much around this hotel as far as food and drink, all in walking distance!

Every single person at the hotel staff, goes the extra mile wvery time, every minutes. For my was a great experience, plus great location. Definitely coming back.

Ofrece una experiencia de gran nivel: el personal es excepcional, siempre atento y cordial, y las instalaciones están impecables, con habitaciones cómodas y elegantes. Como punto a mejorar, la piscina es compartida con un club deportivo, algo que no se informa al reservar. Además, una cuerda separa un carril y limita su uso, incluso en horarios pico, cuando debería estar disponible. Dato curioso: es el hotel de concentración de un importante equipo de fútbol argentino. Puede ser un plus si te interesa ver a los jugadores, aunque implica restricciones de acceso a algunas areas por seguridad privada. Fuera de eso, sigue siendo una excelente opción en Buenos Aires.
