It’s a good value for the price, the room I stayed in was clean, and the breakfast buffet is tasty

Fast and friendly check in. Breakfast smorg and staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay again as everything was an easy walk.

The hotel is charming overall. We stayed in one of their two story rooms on the third floor and, while it was clean and had all the basic amenities, it was a bit dated and had a funky smell that lingered through our stay. Location is fantastic with easy access to the ferry and short walk to downtown.

Excellent stay It is unfortunate that the dock construction is close by, bc it is noisy during the day, but that can’t be helped for a while Shout out to the breakfast staff who worked very hard to keep the food replenished and tables clean

We had a great time staying with family. The location is fabulous. It’s an old building so it’s not quite as sound proofed as we were expecting, but the charm of the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff made up for that.

A charming hotel with beautiful historical character. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient for getting around. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great location! Liked loft style room. Enjoyed set up. Long wait for breakfast. Dining room was full and too busy to seat us for complimentary breakfast. Walls in bedroom thin. Needed to keep fan on to reduce noise. All that said enjoyed it.

Great location right on the harbour, excellent staff , clean and spacious rooms . Perfect for longer stays .

Beautifully maintained, complimentary breakfast was great with many great quality options. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Beds sag/wiggle terribly, pillows are lumpy and lack support. Bathroom was not in a sanitary state and did have a urine smell upon arrival. Alone baseboards and corners were quite dirty with hair dust and dirt. The property is beautifully decorated and had a historic feeling.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location, breakfast included. Cons: Bathroom amenities are lacking (shower cap, bar soap, lotion) and room is slightly dated.

We will go back to this hotel. Location is superb right on downtown Victoria, great price and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The befs were super comtable and the hotel was clean and organized.
