Overall great stat. Great staff and great breakfast included. The location is great and everything is in walking distance. I was pleased with how quiet the rooms were and how clean. My only gripe would be the hallways definitely need updating, they seem very old and not attractive. But once in your room it’s easily forgotten. Be aware there is construction going on across the street but it never interfered with our stay. It’s a great nostalgic style hotel in the heart of Victoria.

We were disappointed in the breakfast staff. They were not welcoming; matter of fact, they were rude. The desk staff were helpful and courteous. The room was subpar.

I was rate pet friendly rooms as a 2.5 star but the rest of the hotel as a 3.5-4 star. Very basic breakfast, beautiful grounds, and amazing location.

Terrific walkable location at the Inner Bay! Comfortable beds, clean room. Great daily breakfast buffet that is very well organized. Staff very helpful when we stayed first in a loft room, then discovered the bathroom is downstairs and the bed is upstairs, so they moved us and our luggage to a standard room. This is an older room with limited plugs, so bring an extension cord if you use CPAP's. Only "upgrade" needed is better quality condiments for your in-room morning coffee. We bought some creamer at a local store and kept in the refrigerator in the room.

I loved that walking into the hotel right off the bat had a classy look and feel to it. Our room had hardwood floors. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. I liked that it went later into the day (until 11) so we didn’t have to rush in the morning. The hotel is in walking distance to the marina as well as a beautiful park. We also appreciated the underground parking as we had a designated spot which made going out and coming back less stressful as we did not have to worry about not being able to find parking. Most importantly it was quiet and we got a good nights rest. When we visit Victoria again, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We loved our stay here! It was close to all the attractions and it was very convenient to have secure underground parking!

Loft rooms are horrible choice during the summer. AC & heating units are very old and loud. Breakfast is plain and lacks variety. Staffs are only thing that was great. Rest? meh.

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel which is centrally located. The front desk staff were very helpful with our early checkin.

The room was exceptionally clean, but the floors in the kitchen area need to be renovated. There was no balcony and unfortunately work was being done down by the harbour so the beautiful view was very limited. Breakfast was delicious and varied somewhat from day to day. Pancakes and waffles were yummy. This place is centrally located and easy walking to everything!😊

Great location. Walkable to shops, tours and restaurants. Had trouble with lock to our room not letting us in. They tried to fix it but in the end we had to change rooms. They gave us an upgraded breakfast and a small discount on the first night for our trouble. Overall it was a nice stay.
