Liked it a lot. Morning buffet breakfast was great and open with a long window. Was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were serviced each day. Also, excellent location.

Location and ambience absolutely fantastic with friendly helpful staff

Fantastic location, unique experience!

As we checked in, we asked about parking. We were told only street parking was available. Since we both have handicapped cards we asked if such a spot was available. They replied where it was and said it was a pay parking. We paid for the night, 12 hours, 50$. In the morning as I was next to the pay station, a city employee asked me if I was at the hotel, thus special tariff. I did not confirm with the hotel as the city attendant told us that with verified handicapped card, it was free. The staff should know that! Our room as expected on a ship was small but we requested a room with window and we were offered a room on the basement floor with only a minimal window with absolutely no view. The room was an oven, the air conditioning was not working. They offered us a fan which helped but that room could not be used during the day. We would have liked to dine on the premises, however we needed advanced reservations, they offered no help even though at the time we presented ourselves it was early and many tables where free. In conclusion, outside of the location which is great, I would not return to that hotel. Breakfast was fine.

This is a unique and fun floating hotel and priced nicely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I look forward to staying there again.

Bunk beds were novel! Really enjoyed the breakfast nice bar area. I complained about one of the tour companies advertised (took money but didn't send ticket and poor email response) and they immediately removed the flyers, which I was impressed with

Yes : great location in Old Town. Good for walking to sites & tours. Enjoyed the novel experience of staying on a ship.

Room was lovely, bigger than we expected. The staff were great, as helpful as they could be. Being so close to the Gamle Stan was perfect. The sad thing was that the bar/restaurant was so quiet, strange as breakfast was so busy there were obviously plenty of people staying.

No concerns, only compliments. Would recommend to anyone!

The neat and clean. The staff so kind and attentive. They make good drinks. I love Olivia and the rest of the crews who work feom December 31 and Jan . Great views as well!
