It was very near Shinjuku station, which is like an interchange. The overall look was very grand, and the hotel itself has many shops like a mini shopping mall at the lobby level. FYI, you need to pay an additional tax during check-in.

Shinagawa is one of the big and complete stations, and the hotel is right next to it. You can also put your baggage overnight if you want to explore other areas of Tokyo or Fuji.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel rooms are neat, clean, and spacious, the surrounding environment is pleasant, there are many places to explore, it is very close to the station, and close to places to eat that can be chosen and all of them are delicious.

The best location, places to eat are just a step away, tourist attractions are just across, cool.

Good location but the price is quite expensive compared to the facilities.

The hotel surprisingly is a large building that connects to an annex building, with varieties of restaurants and shops. Shinagawa Station is just right in front. There are several ways to get to the hotel. Seven Eleven is on the second floor on the other wing, there was also a food court inside the building right in front of Seven Eleven. The gym was pretty big, laundry room on the 9th floor, black cat service right in the building. Overall, it was a good experience.

OK first of all the hotel location is best if you just came back from osaka or kyoto by shinkansen because its only distance walk to the hotel. But because of the close distance to the busy station the hotel become very crowded. You can drop your luggage at their lobby for free but the queue itself is very long. And the staff also not very helpful and attentive as I'm a mom travelling with twins toddler and 4 suitcase. Not offering any help with cart or anything.

The location was very easy to find and really close to the main station, Shinagawa Station.

Just cross the street to Shinagawa Station, including major stations in Tokyo, access to Haneda Airport, Narita and to the city center.
