Good area

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was fine as well and the location was in a walking distance from the Metro station! The major downside was the rather noisy traffic and the tapas bar over the road, keeping you awake late at night. The neighbours were also quite loudly with not much privacy left!

Small nice hotel in a safe area. AC is a plus!

Beautiful little hotel. I was so happy to see how clean everything was. The staff ( especially the breakfast staff) were very attentive and sweet. The front desk needs to smile a little more. He always seemed perturbed. I would definitely go back. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temp were amazing. Air conditioner worked super well. I was very impressed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean, crisp property, attractive room, very good breakfast, attentive staff. A bit on the high side $ wise but they delivered in the quality overall. Definitely recommend!

El hotel está súper céntrico, puedes caminar a todas las áreas turísticas, el área es muy segura mi familia y yo caminamos todo el tiempo y también por las noches y nunca sentimos que era inseguro. La gente de recepción super amable, llegamos antes de la hora de check in y nos dieron las habitaciones. La verdad que muy buen hotel y el servido de lo mejor.

We had two rooms and had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel. We were very happy with the cleanliness, location, staff, and breakfast offerings. Close to the metro and eateries. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay here. It was half way between the city and where I had a meeting. Enjoyed being able to walk even though the traffic is crazy in Madrid. Nice breakfast but could have more healthy options. Would have liked a gym and pool given the cost of the hotel.

Comfy small hotel

I stayed only 2 nights and the expectations about the hotel and the room I had chosen were met with satisfaction. The hotel is well located in a nice area with some local bars and restaurant and close enough to a metro station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and kind and the breakfast is good with a few continental options. I had chosen the Leonardo hotel because of my previous positive experience to one located in Barcelona and I'm very satisfied with the quality and service offered.

I was surprised to discover this gem in the center of Madrid. Highly recommended for travelers that value a quiet drama-free experience.

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were unfriendly at best and outright rude on occasions. Additionally we got to the self-service breakfast with 15 min remaining and only wanted a piece of toast and a cup of coffee and we were made to put our dishes down and told we were too late and to leave. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors and upon returning them to the front desk in a timely manner, the clerk slammed them on the counter as we walked away. We were there for a joyful concert and they made us feel horrible to even walk through the lobby.

Nearby restaurant and bars and other small shops. A park nearby as well. Canal metro is close enough. Walking back to the hotel at night seemed safe. We were at the fifth floor and one could still hear street noise from the bars nearby and truck traffic in the morning. Apart from that, solid hotel, functional, working air conditioner and clean.
