The property in in very bad shape. Grimy looking and carpets are in terrible shape. Towels were threadbare. Bathroom counter badly stained al in all horrible. Aside from the very kind lady at reception

Amazing staff.

The bed was very bad. We couldn't sleep. We suffered from the very bad condition of the mattress.

The room was cold. Bed was hard, but after a long trip it was good to get a bed. It was a cheap stay £41 including breakfast for two. So all in all can’t complain

Friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Great taxi service for getting around.

Very friendly excellent staff and room was very clean. Unfortunately very worn and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was a bit unorganised and difficult to order, but the food was good overall.

The local area was somewhat run down and had nothing going for it. There is a bus service into the historic centre.

A very basic hotel like the kind of Comfort Inn we find in the US - more like a motor inn. We chose this because of its price and had little expectation. But the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good for a one night stay, nothing fanciful.

For the price this is an ok place. Nothing special but bed is good and it was clean.

We chose this hotel for its location and cost. It provided a comfortable base to explore the city.

Needs modernazation quite old and we can hear what’s happening in the other rooms! Had a single bed witch role some of our space away!

This summer I came to the front desk and ask for a room very late at night after seeing available rooms on Expedia. Front desk say they have no rooms available. I had to go back to the car and reserve it online. Awkward. Then back to the hotel to check in.

Travelling by car in Portugal. Good place to stay to visit the beautiful city of Braga. Hotel next to supermarket. Very vonvenient

For the price, it is a very good hotel and staffs!
