The swimming pool facilities were terrible cold showers poorly maintained. The en-suite in room too small impossible for large people

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Cooked and continental. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Area was a bit tired but that didn’t affect having an early morning swim. All of the staff were really cheerful and friendly.

Breakfast was brilliant and staff friendly. Room was a little small.

Tired room, aircon didn't work, loud noise from a pump or fan outside. Tiny bathroom. Sticky desk so not cleaned properly. Had a dog with us so had to have breakfast in the bar. However no table set up for us to eat at. Complained to reception but not interested. Won't be staying again.

Location perfect but bathroom flooded so needed room change then the toilet didn’t flush properly so think they have a general plumbing issue.

The room was spotless staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thank you will go to Marta at breakfast she was so helpful and polite and friendly thank you Marta 10/10

The reception staff were lovely, making my little girl feel very welcome. The pool was a great bonus too.

I liked the Hotel.

Could do with a bit of a paint but generally very clean . Breakfast very good . Staff brilliant and helpful. Used this hotel several times in the past and would definately use it again. Pity they couldnt stop the rain during our visit 😁

Very friendly staff, super helpful.

Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very nice. A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. A very friendly group of people working here from manager, to reception and bar. Thank you.
