Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries.

The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were very dated. Staff was ok but to along time to get assistance.

For an upgraded "Executive" room it was small (not even close to the photos advertised). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with many options.

The breakfast buffet was a good value - great variety. An easy way to start the day.

L’emplacement est parfait avec sa cour intérieure. Pour le prix (450 euros / nuit, 730$. Canadiens) nous avons eu un système de climatisation insuffisant 3 nuits sur 6. L’excuse de l’hôtel, il y beaucoup de clients. De plus, prendre note qu’aucun service de restauration ou bar n’est offert le dimanche et lundi, le prix n’est pas ajusté…

Hotel is under renovation and we were not advised in advance. Check in staff are very variable. Some helpful some not. They are a big hotel and too busy to accommodate individual traveled needs.

The property was fantastic! It was right near the Zaan Sebastian metro which is central to all sights. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. The hotel was near to shopping, food, and just pleasurable walking. The junior suite was roomy and well appointed. It would be tight for three with a lot of luggage, but perfect for 2 people with average luggage. Plan on bringing my daughter back. Loved it!

This hotel was nice. It currently is going through some renovations but that didn’t affect our stay. Very quiet area. Very pretty patio area. Not located in a highly touristy area which we found nice. Very walkable to restaurants and pubs.

There was nothing unique about this property. There was a lot of constructions going on the courtyard was closed majority of the time I would not recommend staying at that place at all.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff and in a great location; the metro station literally around the corner. I also love the huge court yard garden and the breakfast is great. I will definitely be staying again. 😊

The hotel is clean and nicely laid out. The room was on a small side and the bathroom could do with a refresh. The shower screen didn't stop the water from covering part of the bathroom. I could not see the ventilation in the bathroom either.

We arrived at the hotel after booking based on the amenities list and provided photos. Apparently, after discussing this with staff over the four day trip, this is not a reliable way to find a hotel. The rooms are dated, and exceptionally different from the provided photos. You will not stay in a room like the pictures. There is no AC, no bath robes, the lift doesn’t work, the variety of room blocks have different ways in and out, some without locks on the main entrances, and unless you want to make up for it with as many free bottles of water as you can, there’s no hope for any discerning traveller. Staff clearly understood what we were frustrated by, and offered almost nothing to fix the issue. A new room with the same issues and same mis-sold advertising doesn’t work here. We complained via app on the first night, which wasn’t seen. We then complained at the desk the following morning, and were told on numerous occasions that the manager would be available later. It turned out, the manager only arrived as we were running late for our journey home (having waited 20+ mins at the reception for them). It’s in a good location - Marais-adjacent. It’s a short walk to the metro, but then again, anywhere is in a city like Paris. I’d only recommend this hotel to someone looking for adventure, as there is no way to know what kind of scenario or room awaits your arrival.

Rooms need updating. Our first room was old with. Dirty carpet. Staff updated us in to a cleaner room but window looked at the air conditioner. That was disappointing . Also lobby is being renovated … had no idea. Property is nice but expected better

Very good location - many local cafes and eateries. Good breakfast at hotel for €20 per person good value . Room clean with everything you need .

This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Great location and my room was very nice. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are always lovely and quiet, the ones overlooking the road are very noisy and it is worth bringing earplugs if you are road-facing. Unfortunately we visited during a cold snap after the heating had been turned off for the summer so it was cold in the rooms. It’s due to be 27C the week after we came so it’s hard for the hotel to predict that it would be 8C when we arrived but it did make the stay a bit less comfortable than usual. It’s a great location though and I will definitely stay here again because the other times have been faultless

This was a comfortable base for my exploration of the Marais district. Near several metro stations and walkable to everything of interest in the neighborhood. My room was spacious by Paris standards. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink in after dinner. All in all a good stay!
