This the 2nd time We stayed in this hotel, it was a the whole full week. But unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience tough compare with the first one. Receptions staff definitely not friendly, they need to smile a bit to all the guests, the waiting time in check in process takes ages. The card to enter the lift and room is oftenly not working so has to change the cards till many times during our stay. The carpet in the lobby area definitely need to be renew, it looks very old and dirty. Despite the lack of service in reception, the rest are OK. Breakfast is good, cleanliness in the room is good and superb location.
