very good. i have good rest here. it will be better if the pillow more gpod

Warmth and luxury ambience and just across the Hakata Station. Very good location.

The room was spacious as we booked luxury double and twin room. Facilities are in good condition. Reception is very helpful and nice. Location is great, just a few hundred metres to Hakata station.

Very clean, nice place. Very near to Hakata station and shopping area. Very recommended to stay here.

I do enjoy the front office and concierge services, and the room. But, i can''t enjoy the swimming pool and the worst, i ask for drinking water, but the operator said, cannot, this is the first time, i stay high star hotel, but cant ask for additional water in room. Do water in Japan too high cost for 15.000 JPY room? Thanks.

Spacious and clean room, great staff, near to JR station, walking distance to Canal City and other major attraction.
