Very average for a 4 star hotel

Hotel very clean with great facilities. The only thing I would say is bring ear plugs as we were kept awake all night until 6am as it seems it is the main route used by drunk groups coming out of pubs/clubs and there was screaming and shouting that the double glazing did not stop. Thankfully we were only there 1 night otherwise I would have asked for a room on the highest floor. We were on the 2nd floor and it really did spoil what was otherwise a great hotel.

Great location, Staff was helpful and everything was working. Only annoying thing, was that the fact you have to get the card out to use the lift to go to your room

Amazing Property, excellent stay. Great size for bedroom, exceptional breakfast buffet, worth to add to your hotel stay as is cheaper this way. Staff was very helpful.the are feel safe , cost to subway , restaurants and other businesses.

Very pleasant and modern hotel with contemporary decor, great vibe, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend.

The room were spacious and clean, modern simple style, very cosy, bathroom very nice , the staff was very friendly, you were greeted around the house

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice big room, very clean and quiet, nice big shower and bathroom, comfy robes, great location , a few minutes walk to cruise terminals and port, loved it!

The breakfast was very good. It is close to the metro and several restaurants.

Good hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Only downside was the location, there is a casino / nightclub nearby which can be very loud during the early hours depending where your room is situated!

Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do or where I can dispose of my needles. Overall the location was great and taxis and buses were just outside the hotel. Will surely stay again on a next trip.

Good breakfast selection, clean, and comfortable hotel

Really clean establishment with friendly staff. The location is prime as it is minutes from the beach and seconds from public transportation.
