Just an all around great property, loved staying there.

Compliments: The staff was attentive and available. Room was always clean. Welcome drink and candy station was thoughtful but perhaps you could provide warm cookies instead. Critiques: app and phones did not work so we needed to request services and items in person during our stay. Was unaware that my first room was facing the train track (this would be helpful to add to the description of the room). Overall, this was a nice place to stay! Next trip to Germany, I would stay again.

Bedroom was exceptionally clean and quiet. The bathroom floor was heated which was a nice touch. The bed was clean and very comfortable.

Ac works well. Clean and near a train station. Exceptionally unremarkable in a pleasant way— like staying the liminal dream of a hotel. Great place to wait for a conference to end.

Great staff, great hotel. Very comfortable beds and lovely rain showers. Very good location bar train station and bars and restaurants. The Van Glogh bar had pianist and was really nice too.

We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel. It’s conveniently located and has a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance. The bar next door is great and always a good spot. Cleaning is careful and quick. The fitness center is an absolute joke - don’t consider it a fitness center or gym or anything close to it.

My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. When checking out the children received a hotel duck which they loved. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a stay with children. The hotel is a few minutes walk to two train stations, one which takes you direct to the airport and takes about an hour, but you get ti see the sights of Berlin. There is plenty of lovely restaurants around and a great place for shopping. I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, we would definitely come back. Thank you for having us

An excellent property which is well Located a short distance from both S and U Bahn, along with buses. Plenty of local eateries nearby as was a small supermarket. Would definitely stay here again

NH is reliable and comfortable

It is a nice, clean hotel in central western Berlin. Friendly staff. Very close to the train station, which is a plus, or minus if you suffer from noise (mainly external rooms). Windows do not block sounds, so once people sit in the internal garden, you hear everything. We were there at the end of October, but the weather was very warm (19 C.) and the air conditioning was already set to warm only. One of the main reasons for us choosing the hotel was that it was a bad choice.

Close to everything- right in the heart of Berlin!

Exploring Berlin by e-bike was amazing! I rode for two hours and explored much of the city. We loved our huge room, we had a suite and the sleeper sofa was comfy. The area was the best in Berlin and accessible. I would stay here again.

Great location to u Bahn and s bahn. Very dark hallways, room was clean. Would recommend.
