Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, quiet and a great location for touring downtown Santiago. The hotel restaurant and bar provided great service and the prices were very reasonable.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful;.On our last day, checkout was at noon. I asked if they had a room to change into travel clothes since our flight did not leave Santiago until 8:55 pm. Without hesitation, the main manager at the front desk said that we could stay in our room until 4;30 pm. when we had arranged for a transfer to the airport. This hotel is located close to the city centre with an easy walk to Place de Armas. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Santiago! A bit of an issue getting my style C adapter to fit in their older style L outlets. But the hotel lent me one that worked.

Beautiful room, even more beautiful staff! Everyone was extremely helpful and caring and polite and respectful. The hotel is in great condition and has a lovely old world charm. Really comfortable beds, excellent value for money. I’ll stay here next time I’m in town too

Most of our experiences were pleasant. Had one case of serious diarrhea from first dinner meal; a server may have not thoroughly washed hands before serving. Thanks

The hotel staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Particularly I would like to mention reception team. When we were leaving for the airport, our Uber didnt come as it was pre - booked and they found us driver promptly who took us to the airport.

Staff at this hotel are excellent. Simon who served us at the roof top patio was particularity friendly and gelpful and made the dinner we had there enjoyable. The front desk staff were very helpful and their English proficiency was cery much appreciated. The staff at buffet breakfask were all great as well. It is true what is said, that people make the difference and this was very true at this hotel
