Location is great for walk tours and precolumbus museum. The walls seemed a bit thin to hear neighbors (baby crying next door)

The hotel lobby is lovely, old school and charming, breakfast good and the gym was great. Rooms are dated and rather noisy, cleanliness overall was a bit lacking both in rooms and hotel areas. Staff were a bit hit and miss, some fantastic others not so. A nice area to walk around.

This property is very well located in Santiago's old downtown area located a few steps from old historic buildings. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. It offers a well varied breakfast option and quiet rooms with beautiful wood finishes. Staff is courteous and polite. We will be recommending this hotel to our snowbird friends and we will be coming back.

This hotel features a classic style. It is cozy and beautiful. Conveniently located near the San Francisco Church, the San Francisco Museum, the París-Londres Barrio, the Universidad de Chile, and the subway station, you must taste the hotel bar's amazing Pisco sour!

A really friendly staff as well as better than average breakfast... a really nice bar with friendly staff. The check in staff was accommodating and friendly and the porter staff was attentive and helpful. Good location for close (7 minute walk) to some great bars and restaurants as well as pop-up shops.

Great restaurant even though it was hot in there. The room was nice but the hot water didn't work one day. Also no cable. Just local tv.

Everything was great! Nice, polite, and friendly staff. Location is awesome. The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! The other thing, SPA facility is very limited and don't expect a professional one! Overall we would definitely recommend to stay here.
