Yes everything was just perfect

The BEST complimentary breakfast my husband and I have ever had in all our travels. The beach view room was beautiful. The bathrooms were so luxurious with heated toilet seats, bade, a tub and a shower. The staff was all so wonderful making our stay relaxing and feeling taken care of from the moment we drove in to leaving for our flight home. We would come back and recommend it!!

Stylish and well-equipped luxury hotel next to the beach and close to the beautiful old town. Our room (junior suite sea view selected) was very comfortable with separate bath and shower, nice products and great views of the sea. There was a minor problem with the bathroom but we were quickly changed to a similar room type on the same floor. The spa area was relaxing and well-kept, and the excellent selected lounge served drinks and snacks throughout the day. The breakfasts were delicious with a huge range of choice. The restaurant staff, selected lounge staff and room attendants were very welcoming and efficient. There were restaurants and pools as well as a gym, spa and even an art gallery area. Fantastic stay. Thank you very much.

The breakfast can’t be

Junior suite was tastefully decorated and well equipped (as should be for a 5 ***** ) with every single light or lamp that is dimmable ! Somebody has been thinking ! Too many hotels have bad lighting, no atmosphere or neon bulbs (really?). The balcony had amazing frontal sea view, a comfortable sofa set and a jacuzzi. The bathroom was also very enjoyable and had perfect lighting. The combination of use of space, furniture and lighting is actually just perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Calling the reception was another thing: when dealing it, the phone would start to ring in the toilet lol :-)) That was a little issue they didn’t seem to be able to solve but didn’t bother us. If I had to say one thing: get some quality comfortable toilet paper. It’s way below par for a 5 star. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated. There is nothing bad to mention really. The lounge area was excellent too. Food, drinks and staff were great. Some of the guests don’t belong there as they leave a total mess and there were even broken glasses on the floor once, totally disrespecting other guests and staff. Unfortunately wannabes and new money make out a part of nowadays Marbella. Money doesn’t buy class. We luckily also met some really nice people at the hotel though. Breakfast is great and the separate areas, inside or outside, make it feel even more enjoyable. Again, also here, all staff is amazing ! All in all, it’s a great hotel.

Excellent Staff

Beautiful hotel throughout, spacious room. Service at reception and concierge was fabulous. However, waiting staff at the Levante needs better training. Tend to ignore people waiting for tables until they are spoken to. We booked a specific table for dinner, but when we came they had given it to someone else. The same waiter who booked it was there, not a word from him. They also delivered another table’s order to ours . almost blamed us for saying we didn’t order it . There doesn’t seem to be one head waiter, it looked quite chaotic. At breakfast, a waiter showed us to our table and promptly left, without informing us what to do, ie, table service, buffet? No one took our beverage order until we had to catch a waiter’s eye. Breakfast however was very nice indeed with so much variety and very fresh. Beautiful pools, plenty of sun beds, amazing view!

Very beautiful location and courteous staff

Staff asked if I had any complaints. I usually ALWAYS have a least one thing to complain about. But, with this place I really couldn't think of one thing that I didn't like. I took me a good 2 minutes to come up with at least one thing that I didn't like. And, that was their chocolate cake. So, out of everything if the only thing I won't like about my stay is the chocolate cake... then I am really staying at a 5 star. Also, this hotel is SUPER CLEAN and you can smell how could it is before you even enter the hotel.

Second time in this lovely hotel and we will be back again next year

A fabulous hotel. Great location overlooking the beach & only a 5 minute walk into Marbella Old Town. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of options. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly & professional.

Great hotel. Great location. One of the elevators was not working. But, other than that, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel. The staff work hard to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are so comfortable too. The breakfast and cocktails were fantastic and for us this hotel is in a great location right near the old town. Will defo be going back!

The property was beautiful, the pool and beach side were amazing. Staff was excellent and the room was very nice. The breakfast every morning was incredible. Family friendly but also perfect for adults looking to relax. Overall would recommend.
