The hotel was very good. However, parking is an additional service.

Shower Area is quite smaller which is a problem, otherwise the Hotel is Good and a Value for Money Stay.

Excelente tiempo hospedados en el hotel. Limpieza, calidad humana y servicio de primera clase como también el desayuno. Festejamos el cumpleaños de mi esposo, el hotel ha dejado champaña y pastel de sorpresa para el en la habitación. El restaurante es de primera categoría calidad precio mejor que muchos en la ciudad . Recomendado. Por favor ir a este hotel. Ubicación inmejorable

Convenient location. Small, basic room. Stuffy as A/C did not work. Close to the old town and the city hall.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. The hotel is furnished to a great standard, the bed were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent

The hotel is excellent with friendly employees. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was superb. Parking is easy but book early as limited space. Easy walking distance to Tourist points of interest (Old town, Guggenheim and shops).

The room was not luxurious, but it was perfect for a one night stay… clean, had all the amenities you would need, the bed was very comfortable. The location of hotel is great… Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.

Our room had an issue with the shower temperatures where the water would go to extremes of burning hot to really cold. Made it impossible to take a shower. Apparently it’s been going on for some time and they haven’t fixed it. They never gave us a heads up for this issue.

Outstanding property conveniently located in Bilbao. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is totally recommended.

Room was very cramped. Bathroom needed regrouting, and bad watermarks or mould on ceiling. And shower leaked, shower head didnt stay up. Needs updating.
