Roomy, modern, clean. Excellent location. Only negative was lack of space in their parking garage, but there is a massive public garage a couple of blacks away.

The property was conveninetly located alone the Nervión river close to some trams and buses. The metro was further out. It was within walking distance to the Guggenheimajd not the old historic town. The shower was weak and very difficult to get the water temperature adjusted just right. The staff did offer to move us to a different because the first room was very narrow and small and has a tiny window facing the back alley. The water pressure was slightly better but the water would be scalding hot one minute and then freezing cold the next. It was unfortunate.

Great breakfast selection, room was clean and staff were helpful. Bathroom layout maybe a little invasive but ok for me and my husband. Great stay overall.

The shower was filled with mold and so disgusting . We were leaving the next day so we didn’t request for room change . The reception area is a nice seating area . They called taxi for us the day we were leaving at 4:30 in the morning and the taxi showed up within 5 minutes ( super convenient)

Showers were good, breakfast was great, location great, bar very good.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I’d stay here again. Convenient location overlooking the River. Minutes away from virtually everything. Wonderful breakfast selection. Most comfy bed and pillows.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff at Reception. Very comfortable, modern, good sized room, pleasantly decorated. Excellent breakfast, with many options. We loved it. Very good location. Pleasant walk along the river. The food served at the bar is outstanding. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Lovely hotel with great location. Check in is a little longer than other hotels but people were very friendly and spoke multiple languages.
