Friendly staff

Room was clean and spacious and stuff were kind and patient.

The room was very hot even with the aircon and there was no kettle in the room. Staff were very nice, room was clean and nice enough.

Amazing breakfast as for all NH hotels, convenient location between the beach and city center, we were going around by bike and it was cool. The area is not the most beautiful but it’s fine

The room was large but dated. It had a large private balcony. The mattress was very soft so uncomfortable for 2 people sharing a bed There was no duvet cover, instead the duvet had a sheet below it and one above, which became displaced during the night, exposing us to the duvet which did not feel hygienic. My husband found a shard of glass on the bathroom floor. Fortunately neither of us had stepped on it and cut our feet. The shower was over the bath which made stepping out tricky and we had to be cautious to prevent a potential fall. WiFi was weak and unsecured. A metro station for lines 5 & 7 is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The neighbourhood around the hotel is not the best.

Vero the lady at check in is super rude, shouting at my wife for not having a passport while she had her photo ID which is legally enough, she wasn’t going to let us check in and we had to prove that we stayed at other NH hotels on our trip to get or check in.. They advertise as a VIP property but don’t do late check out or room upgrades. Not sure why hotels.com allow them to do that, when they don’t do any of the services but 8 euro discount of parking? Furthermore NH hotel chains have great breakfast with fresh juices. However this one doesn’t, even though it’s advertised online as serving fresh juices. They are from cartons and taste cheap. The property is run down, the rooms are super old 90s style and it’s not even a 3* I would say more of 2* in my opinion.

The arrival was poor. There are eight steps ip to the entrance and when you have luggage it means lifting it up. Surely a ramp could be supplied. There was no tourist information other than a city map. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Limited bathroom supplies and an incentive of a drink to forgo service of the room. The room was comfortable and the location accessible to public transport.

I was always catching a number 4 bus as it went to the port ( bus stop near the front of the hotel) going to the old town (Cathedral) I would catch the number 4 bus from the back of the hotel. It's only 2 Euros or just tap your card. Forgot my 2 pin plug I just popped across the road to the mobile shop. So I could charge my phone. I was always popping into Lidl for my daily large chocolate croissant and a Pear or Apple or Banana. I loved the hotels breakfast and all the staff that cleared your table. All very nice. The reception staff were helpful as well. Especially nice were the room cleaning team. They did an excellent job and were really nice.

AC not working properly.

The rooms need to be update, also the hallways are very noisy they need a carpet because you won't be able to sleep after 7 you can hear the clening cart passing up and down. Breakfast was bad they didn't have fresh fruits also they didn't provide fresh squeezed juice very disappointed about that. They need a lot improvement.

Well maintained property & professional staff. Staff did not recognized VIP Status and made no particular reference to it. Not centrally located to historical center.

Issue with parking, no parking at the hotel and nothing very close. Was told I could park on white lined area. There was never any free and no paid parking I could find very close

The property was fine. Not great, not bad, just average. The lobby and buffet area seem to be more newly renovated, which causes the rooms (I stayed on the second floor) to be a let down). The room seems pretty outdated, and a bit dingy. The bedding, towels, and bathroom did seem clean. I was comfortable enough, but for my personal taste, I would look to stay elsewhere if I return to Valencia. The gym is very small and only permits three people at a time. There are towels, weight rack, a single multipurpose weight machine, treadmill, bike, and television in the gym. No water provided in the gym. The breakfast was fine. You’d get more variety at a restaurant of course, but for the price, I didn’t mind.

It was a great hotel with great amenities and low price. The bed and pillows were really comfy and we had a really big bathroom.We did have the buffet and on the day we left, at 5-7 in the morning they offer coffee and drinks for the guests with really early check out. When we arrive before check in they let us leave our luggage there so we could see the sights without carrying our luggage around. Really great staff and modern hotel.

Very nice property and in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect to stay in town. What I hated was that they disconnected the AC and there’s nothing that they could do to help you. We stay in November 25th, not cold enough and the room was very hot.

The hotel was okay, but it didn’t feel like other NH hotels it felt a little worse
