Breakfast room had standard breakfast items.

No hydro from 10pm to 7:40 am. Couldn’t shower for hospital appointment! I also had to take the stairs 9 floors down. Elevator was taking me to different floors. Could not reach ground floor. On a good note the staff was very helpful. I just had a bad stay.

Room was as clean as the staff could no - no problem there - it’s that the room was very dated and all room in need of a good refurb- the staff reception were great , did everything they could , but franchise need to spend money - not the same quality as the comfort inn ‘s in USA

Cleaning lady was a delight to deal with.

Property a bit old but was expected based on reviews and price point. Staff was helpful, the room was large and breakfast was decent.

Manque d’entretien, très ordinaire. Seule point fort, il est à loin du centre bell.

Hotel was very dated, room was dirty. Breakfast was average continental breakfast. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Even though they say on site self park, they do not have that. You hvae to park off site a couple blocks away.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is very close to great restaurants, shopping and the Bell Centre.

Room was clean, dated with carpet but clean. Staff was excellent to deal with and the gentleman at the valet service when we arrived was awesome. Having a balcony downtown was worth giving up the luxury of the room. Only drawback was the carpet of the room needs to be updated and that would be an ownership issue not the staff. Would definitely stay again. Location is everything!!
