Well located, room was clean and bed was very large and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent which was a great start to the day. I must give a special mention to Dave the night porter. He was always warm and welcoming and ready with a joke or two. If you get the opportunity you must get him to show you some magic; he is a cracking little magician. We will certainly return.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was very busy. The staff were very apologetic. The room was really nice, spotless and a comfy bed. The only minor gripe was regarding the lift slowest EVER! Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, good sized rooms, great location on the beach. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, the car park is very small and tight and always full.

Clean, well maintained and spacious rooms

Here’s a polished version that keeps it honest but reads more smoothly: Stayed one night in a family room with my two teenage sons. The room had one double and two single beds, with tea and coffee provided. We had a lovely sea view, which was a real highlight. The room was clean, with fresh towels and bed linen. There was a fan in the room, but it was still quite hot during the day and overnight due to the weather. On the positive side, the staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The location is also convenient, with a Co-op supermarket close by.

Staff really helpful. Cannot recommend trying the restaurant in the hotel enough! Food was so tasty and very reasonable! A must if you’re staying at the hotel!

Very clean and comfortable, lovely check-in staff

Good standard of room with newly refurbished bathroom. Nice and quiet warm and cosy. Breakfast good quality both the continental and full English, staff in breakfast room very good. Only downside is the limited parking onsite but plenty off parking nearby.

High standards overlooks beach at Hove. Larger than average room. Nice staff.

Stayed here for a family funeral so didn't venture out but right on the sea front, had free parking as well which is brilliant

Very clean room, very pleasant staff, typical bar selection (not very interesting), shops were nearby. Restaurant was Thai which is ok if you like Thai food. A good ' English restaurant opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good. Management bent over backwards to change our room due to a ' intermittent tapping noise' on the ceiling.
