You pay here for location, not a lot else. Rooms are ok, hotel average overall, very limited communal area (just the foyer), the 'bar' looks like an afterthought added to the end of the reception desk, breakfast pricey for what you get, staff ok but expect no more than thr average german customer service. No aircon in the rooms, which were already feeling warm in early May. Fine for business travel when just a bed needed, for anything else you will likely be disappointed.

Pleasant hotel. With good sized room and all amenities you require. breakfast was at agreed specific times and was typical Continental Style with plenty of choice. Only issue was temperature of room with no way of regulating except opening window.

During a business trip to Bremen and Bremerhaven, we had booked the Nordsee Hotel Bremerhaven. Due to space restrictions, we were rebooked to the Best Western Plus, just across the way, run by the same company. Assuming that staff and property conditions are comparable across both properties, I can highly recommend them for a future stay. Very clean, quiet, decent breakfast, close to highway, competent, nice staff, reasonable wifi -- all in all exactly what we expected and needed for our trip.

Lovely location, close to the fishing port with an amazing chose of seafood restraunts.

On our next stay we might go to Best Western because of A/C

Hotel staff very helpful. Room nice with a great view.

We booked this hotel for 1 night but ended up staying for 3 because we felt so comfortable there. Half of the rooms have a view of the water and the back half have a view of the parking lot, trees and buildings. We wanted a room with a water view but all they had were smoking rooms. We took one and were glad we did but the room definitely smelled like smoke. However, the room was spotlessly clean and a nice size with a little balcony. The hotel was next to an area with many restaurants and shops. There was always ample parking but we did have to drive to get into town. The highlight of the hotel was the free breakfast -- great selection and good quality food -- the best we've had since being in Germany. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Internet worked well almost all the time -- a couple of times it went out but came back on quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Good location and amenities all in place.

The hotel was centrally located with easy walking access to shopping, dining and waterfront options. The hotel was clean, secure with ample parking and had a very nice breakfast offering. It's more of a business style of hotel than vacation, but if suited our needs for the two nights that we were there and had no complaints.

Visiting relatives nearby and wanted to take cake. Staff directed us to best bakery. They called ahead for us and kept the cake in their refrigerator until we went to relatives. We went to 3 of the fabulous seafood restaurants on the dock. had great water view. Ample breakfast. short drive into town. Modern rooms. Very clean with all amenities

We're in Bremerhaven twice a year and this was our first time to stay in this hotel. Staff was helpful and the location was handy for all we needed to do. Excellent restaurants in area too.

Super and friendly hotel near the port. Recommend it for all people

Coffee and tea service in the room would have been nice.
