Fab hotel room spot on great location staff were wonderfull

The rooms were clean but dated. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very nice.

The hotel is very quiet, nicely appointed rooms - though I felt that my bathroom needed updating. It felt dated and the toilet seat had marks on it which, though they were scratches, made it look unsightly. The TV main menu shows functions for casting from a device, yet it doesn't work. Breakfast is very overpriced for what it is, walking to a cafe nearby and getting croissants/coffee and juice was much more reasonable. The staff were very professional, attentive and polite. I would stay here again, especially as it is so central.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was superb! Lots of selections and fresh foods! Location was perfect!

Water temperature in the shower fluctuates wildly.

Great location. The hotel does not have may amenities. Just a small and unstaffed lunge at the lobby and an area for breakfast.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nothing to see nearby, but walking distance to the Place du Capitole. Also, 15 minute walk to the train station. Room had no desk. Not convenient if you brought some work to do.

Idéal pour un séjour rapide de deux nuits à Toulouse. L'emplacement est parfait, avec tout ce que la ville a à offrir juste à côté de l'hôtel. L'hôtel était propre, calme et disposait d'un parking sous le bâtiment.

professional staff, excellent breakfast, convenient own parking, central location

On the positive were the staff who were pleasant and helpful save for the one point I will come to. The hotel is opposite (on one side) a huge nightclub. I’m not sure what time they shut but it is certainly past 2.30am. I booked ‘privilege’ rooms for myself and my sister and mother. My mother (83 but fit and active) was put in a room with a seated shower arrangement. I did not know this until the second evening of our three night trip otherwise I would have asked for her to be moved. She had no idea how to work it and I am annoyed that nothing was said about it at check in. She is a bath person and would have been best placed in one of the other rooms. These rooms are opposite the nightclub so I don’t know how they are any better than any other. Thankfully my sister sleeps through everything and my mother is hard of hearing. I unfortunately like a bit of air at night but you could not have the balcony ajar because of the noise. There is a fairly standard breakfast and food outlets all around but no internal restaurant or room service. Overall a bit soulless but it depends on what you are looking for.

Decent size rooms. Went with 2 others and we all had our own room. My room had an issue with the toilet flush 1st morning, which could not be fixed, so they quickly found me another. I think it was a superior, rather than standard as booked :) Excellent location for the City. Lots to see and do. Near to Metro stations if needed. About 15min walk to main train station if you fancy a trip out. We did - Carcassone and Albi. Both amazing.

Air conditioning stopped cooling after some time and it can get a little warm in the middle of the night
