Lovely hotel and staff. Restaurant let’s them down significantly.

Excelente hotel. Me encantó su decoración. La habitación súper cómoda. Un detalle que me gustó fue la amenidad que le dejaron a mi mascota! 10 de 10. El servicio fue muy bueno. Definitivamente regresaría.

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. Everything was so clean and smelt so nice! The communal areas and the room decor were beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great location and in walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we came back :)

Amazing

Whilst the property has clearly been extensively upgraded there are still some areas for improvement. Sanitary wear in bathroom facilities in rooms not replaced. Corridors were gloomy. Public areas are excellent. Staff all attentive and friendly. Good breakfast choice. Excellent location close to Banus Marina.

Det var et okay hotell, men overpriset selv nå i lavsesongen.

I stay at some Melia hotels. This is not the best of them. Not a five star…. 3 1/2 - 4 star. Expensive - not value for money, even in the low season. For the high season I think there is other and better option. Not impressed 😨

Schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett, top Anlage, nettes und sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Poolbereich und sehr gute Leistungen aus Küche und Keller.
