Absolutely not. It was a big disappointment. The steam room and sauna both were out of order

Great cleaning crew place sparkled every time we came into our room. First night we had a floor rubber mat for the shower but not for the rest of the 6 nights and it can be slippery if not careful. The main restaurant staff were very kind and informative, food was excellent. There were times when you can tell they were understaffed. One suggestion, a water kettle would be really helpful since one does have to pay for coffee. You get the pod of coffee then you have to get hot water from the restaurant or room service does not make sense. Overall, this place is great.

Service was not as good as my first time there. I paid in full before going and somehow the quality of service was less than my on a previous visit 2 months earlier! Personnel is still very nice and amicable.

The reason I did not give it five stars is that I was not given a room with a single bed, which I booked months ago. Other than that everything, everything was great.

The hotel was exceptional. The hotel location conveniently located and on the Main Street. Our room graciously upgraded to penthouse floor with amazing views and amenities. The staff were respectful and provided excellent service from the beginning. Breakfast was outstanding and we had a great time at this hotel.
