It was an average hotel. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t use amenities.

Extrenely deiendky staff

It was a great stay I would prefer this hotel

Pillows are amazing.

The room was good but the area and people around the hotel and some of the other guests in the hotel were a little scary.

Only concern was hotel name change after same day booking. Made it hard to find.

My flight landed at 7am, I was exhausted but had no where to go. They had a room ready for me in an hour and let me check in early so I could get some sleep. The front desk staff is amazing.

Nice property, balconies on the 14th floor could use a little attention and a refresh, other than that, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and attentive and checkin - checkout was smooth and fast.

Cleaners are there to help clean when they can and when you ask them too,they do it very friendly way

Good service

I felt the hotel was punishing me for booking my room using third party, like at least they repeated this sentence three times “ ohh, sorry you booked your room using third party, we can’t help you” it was really ridiculous. Another issue, the room was really super old, it’s vintage, look at the attached pics

The staff were very welcoming & the property was very clean!

Beds are very uncomfortable, i could barely walk when i got up, and noisy room by the pool area

I like that it was quiet and not that many people outside like the breakfast and dinner there amazing staff
