Spent one night for a staycation/birthday celebration for our toddler. Pool was fun, and just right for smaller children. The play structure was absolutely the best part for the kids. So fun.

The conversations and music from the room beside us was clearly heard through the wall between us. Was very disappointed with the lack of sound barriers which made for an unrestful sleep.

I left so early. But the services is excellent.

The front dest staff were fantastic! Very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got. Room with a bathtub and it was nice and deep to soak in after a long day. The only issue is the noise of traffic if you are in a room at the font of the hotel. It’s very loud along Portage St. so bring earplugs.

When my husband went to check in our family of 6, there was an issue with the room we had selected (with bunk beds) and he was told we were getting a different room with cots in it… Boy did we ever!!! It was a suite on the top floor and we the absolute best 3 night stay a family could have. It was incredible having that much space and the room was so gorgeous. Thank you x’s a million from our family, we felt like VIP’s. We spent so much time in the room because it was so unbelievable. The play place for kids was epic too! Darlene at breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel 10/10.

Rooms were clean. The pool and recreation area is great along with the gym.

Room temperature was very consistent and comfortable. Pool was so clean and my grand daughter loved it.

Our room was perfect for a family of 5.

The pool and play structure area are always the draw for this hotel. The hot tub was closed for one of the days we were there which was unfortunate. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good. There is a smell of mold when you enter the pool area, and there are visible spots of build up of some kind along the steps and in a few other areas which should be dealt with. The general play area was also quite dirty as other guests were leaving garbage and sucker sticks throughout the play structure itself and around the seats themselves. Not the hotel’s fault exactly, but it could have been dealt with in a more timely manner.
