Everything was great! And the staff very kind and attentive… I love the location of the hotel .

Westminster hotel has been my first choice for the last few years - service is always immaculate. Staff always very professional, polite and know how to make you feel special. The location is without doubt a great asset but hotel itself is pure joy every time I stay there.

Staff member walked in at 930pm without knocking. We didn't feel safe for the rest of our stay incase they did this again.

Pillows were very lumpy and no hair dryer in room. Location is great. Bar is lovely with live music on some nights. Staff helpful.

This hotel is in decay. The first room I checked into the handle for the bathroom door fell off, the second room the knobs for the hot and cold water were in reverse Pros - good breakfast but ends way too early. Good hair conditioner

Very nice hotel and helpful staff but night turn down service never happened and even though requested room cleaned , it never happened on two occasions. Was left with a dirty room, no water and no towels two days in a row. Staff caught changing the sign on door to make up room. Left room at 9am and wasn’t done at 5pm then left again returned room 10pm and still not done despite assurances. Not what you want at the end of a long day

I had to leave the hotel about two hours after I checked in. The room was incredibly cold. I asked that they increase the temperature but an hour later after I had gone to bed my nose was icicle and my head was still freezing. I called the front desk and the guy came to my room. Suggested that I move to another room but it will take an hour for that room to warm up and he could not guarantee that in fact it will. It was already 1:30 am. Then he suggested that he bring an area heater and I said yes. He came back with this antiquated small heater that when you turn it on it start smelling and makes all that noise. At that point I had had it. I needed to get my sleep and I made a reservation at another hotel. They are still charging me for that night. Disgusting!

Good location

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Our room was upgraded which was just lovely. Breakfast highly recommended. Great location just along from the Ritz hotel.

The location is magnificent! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms as well. The staff was helpful and very kind. The gym is small but well equipped and perfect for a quick vacation workout.

It’s the second time we have stayed at the Westminster, first in 2024 for a big birthday and in 2025 for our honeymoon. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are superb and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The facilities in the hotel and specifically the rooms are beautifully kept. The hotel is easily in the top 3 hotels in Paris and it punches well above its weight. Would recommend for business or pleasure.

Room was tiny and terrible; not even a relaxing chair to sit in to read a book. No towels in bathroom first day I stayed. I called front desk and asked them to send but they never did. Front desk staff not friendly. Concierge staff was good.

I’m a female and was traveling solo so I chose their smallest room with a double bed. The room was really cute and had everything that I needed, including a mini fridge and closets. There was even a desk for me to do some work at the bed was very comfortable. The linens were nice in the bathroom was on par with other luxury hotels. I will definitely stay there again.

Everyone and everything far exceeded my expectation. Truly an elegant property. And all staff were wonderful. I will return, possibly next year! Thank you.

I like to say thank you to the general manager Mr.Wencker and his entire new management team. They demonstrated that they truly care about the stay experience of their guests, especially loyal customers like me. I have posted multiple vlogs elsewhere to praise their outstanding hospitality and service. I will stay here next time when I visit Paris.
