The inner harbour view was amazing. It was quiet and convenient to downtown. Beautiful place!

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view of Fisherman’s Wharf. Excellent location for sightseeing. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and awesome. Aura restaurant meal was outstanding. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Will return.

Waterfront location is perfect for watching float planes, boats come and go. We chose the Erickson wing for a bigger balcony and better views and it was worth the extra cost. The bathroom was huge and there was a lot of storage space (drawers) in the room. There was a problem with the heat but the maintenance staff fixed it quickly. Dinner at Aura was impressive and a quick breakfast sandwich fro Duo was perfect on the go. There is a lot to see in the area without needing a vehicle. Staff were all excellent, from start to finish.

Lovely room and view of the active harbour which grows more stunning after dark. Treated warmly by staff from arrival to departure. Pet friendly with easy access to a walking path made for a very pleasant overnight visit for all.

Great staff

The room was clean and pristine when we checked in. Our room came with a balcony with the marina view. The night lights from the room were amazing. The staff was welcoming and provided us with all that we required for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Our room faced the inlet it was beautiful watching the lights on at night . Staff was very friendly both at front desk and on the restaurant.

Great views, friendly staff

This view was beautiful . The garden so lovely. The room was ok but not what I expected for an upgrade I paid for. I don't like carpet that is stained and frayed, they should replace it . The bed had deep body impressions but was comfortable enough. The pool is small no sauna ,not appealing to us but looked clean. The staff were all wonderful that's what makes this hotel somewhere I would return to . Surrounding area great to walk to everything downtown. The walk along the water and night lights in the harbor so pretty !

I upgraded to a better wing to see a better view and the room was exquisite. The staff was very nice, the housekeeping came everyday, and the shower was amazing. Overall this was a beautiful hotel, a little pressy but for the area and the view worth it. It. Also, the restaurant Aura was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except that they should have a bar open later than 9:30.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurel Point Inn in Victoria. This beautiful boutique hotel has one of the most incredible locations in the Inner Harbour. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade and the panoramic views were absolutely stunning. From our room we could see across the harbour to Fisherman’s Wharf and spent hours watching ferries and float planes come and go. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were excellent and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, making the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. It was a truly memorable stay and we would happily return again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a special place to stay in Victoria.
