7 extra dollars for parking was greedy for a 350 per night hotel... with no water provided and no free breakfast ... asked to return twice for check in ...room wasnt ready with only 5 cars in parking lot ... overall bad experience given the high cost per night

Great location but very dated and rundown.

The property is getting renovated and stuff is a bit of a mess- no fitness facilities and in the middle of a renovation- the saving grace is an awesome restaurant on premise

Comfortable and super clean rooms. We had a renovated room and beds were super comfortable. It was a good choice for after the ferry to sleep in and kids enjoyed the slide in the indoor pool.

The room was clean and the staff were great. The parking is not great.

Staff was great, helpful when needed for our room issue. They were friendly and kind. Breakfast was very good! Room was not renovated yet, so carpet was kind of yucky, hallways needed to be vacuumed. Fitness center was supposed to be open, but was not yet ready. The music in the Crown Lounge was fantastic, so were the drinks! The location was great c near lots of great places to eat.

Room had a mouse in it. Staff were responsive and changed rooms quickly.

For very obvious reasons this hotel in under renovations. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up, the elevators are slow and the rooms itself are in need of a serious update. On the positive side, Kirsten at the front desk was a gem and the pool with the big slide was really fun for the young and old. The Crown restaurant staff are really friendly and the food was good. Breakfast was great, hot and cold options.

👍 the room was great. The property is getting a bit rundown though the hallways are very dirty. Could probably deal with having a carpet cleaner come in just to spruce it up a little bit because they’re disgusting.

We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view of the harbour. The hotel is beginning a needed renovation but our room was very clean. It is centrally located for eateries and attractions, with a lovely boardwalk along the banks of the inlet.
