Amazing clean room . Staff was super helpful and very nice great service

Generally, this is my go-to hotel in Kaunas. Although the rooms are small, they are efficiently laid out and very clean! Lighting is also very good. Good wifi for doing work. Plenty of convenient parking.

It was fantastic! The thing that made it really good were the charming staff who were so helpful and kind. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. The location was also excellent.

Room is quite small with not a lot of space to have suitcase open, etc. Yes I saw it’s 20 square meters but that obviously includes the shower room… Beds are very firm and unless you sleep on a hard bed at home, you won’t find it comfortable. We woke up with our entire backs aching. Bathroom quite small too, but functional. Tea and coffee making facilities good, plus you can get still, sparkling or hot water from the dispensers in the corridors. Parking convenient but 12 EUR per day (if you compare it to 5 EUR per STAY at Hotel Kaunas, this is very expensive). Service was good from reception staff. We didn’t have breakfast as it was A LOT per person per night (again compared to breakfast included at Hotel Kaunas, not a good value here). Overall would not choose this hotel for another stay, even though location is good being near Laisvės Alėja (central pedestrian street with restaurant, cafes, shops).

Everything was great.

Great stay very clean, good food and drink in restaurant. Very central location and quick and easy to get to and from train station and airport Room was not that sound proof could hear people up stairs coming and going in the night. Would defiantly recommend and stay again

Courteous staff, rooms only partially cleaned every day. Location is good but not great. The conjoining Casino in lobby was dispiriting. Great parking.

Modern hotel, right next to the main pedestrianised street with many shops, bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Fabulous location, clean and comfortable rooms. Cannot fault this hotel.

Great city centre hotel with fabulous breakfast

Room was clean. Good location. When it came to cleaning the room, the beds weren’t made the coffee/tea was not refilled. Received a call at 10:45pm from the bar to say that we hadn’t signed for the bill and we need to make sure we pay - during this time we were asleep and I was shocked that this is the process they follow instead of leaving a message at reception for check out. Always was disturbed in the early hours and had to call reception due to inconsiderate people talking loudly. A bit disappointing for a 4.5 star hotel

Very good city centre hotel, with fabulous breakfast

Had a lovely 2.5 days in Kaunas. Very easy to get around from the hotel on foot. The bus from the airport stops directly outside and costs 1€. Breakfast was well worth the money. There is a 24hr casino attached to the hotel, but there was no noise in the

Hotel is nice, comfortable bed pillows, small fridge. Refillable water provided. Very nice breakfast with smoked salmon etc. good location, near to the Main Street where all restaurants are and little shop if needed. My only disappointment was when I checked in on 26th September with 4 bags on my own, the young girl at reception was unwelcoming and she did not care at all that I had to do 2 trips to get the bags, you would think that in hotel like Radisson there would be a welcoming person behind the desk. Please have a chat with her, long brown hair about 20 years old. It was really hard to manage with the bags and she literally did not care

Excellent hotel super clean and quiet and great staff. Would stay again definitely!
