The room was spacious with plenty of room. The room furnishings are from the 1980s, with an old and visibly dirty carpet that didn't smell good. The noisy air conditioning, which couldn't be left on at night, made the nights very hot with poor air quality. Maybe I was unlucky with my room, I can't say how it is in the other rooms.

It was close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel rooms could use a bit of renovation. The lobby doesn't represent the rooms. The A/C doesn't cool. We ended up opening the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy! We loved Genova! The hotel was in a perfect location. The train station was a 5 minute walk to Genova Brignole which connected us to so many places including La Spezia, Rome, Pisa, Cinque Terre, etc. The bus station was also a 5 minute walk and we took buses 31 and 13 to the port and to Nervi as was Volabus to the airport (10 Euro, be on time though. It stops for 1 minute). Lots of dining options within walking distance (downtown area). The rooms were terrifc, just like the pictures showed...clean, neat and modern! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Monica suggested using the Volabus to the airport and another staff member took my request for an early morning breakfast bag since I was going to miss breakfast (I had paid for the breakfast pkg) and lo and behold at 4:45 am, there was a bag with juice, croissants, apple and spreads including plastic cutlery. I am so grateful. Thank you so much!

We needed a place to stay due to an unforeseen circumstance. They wouldn’t let us check in even with a valid ID. They made us go to the police station at 10:30pm to validate our ids to no avail. We had to find different accommodation.

Clean property. Very close (5 min walk) to rail station Genova Brignole, which was great! Nice and safe. Many dining options in area, and many available commuter options to get to the Old Port area of town.

The lifts was down for 3 days and the hotel can’t do anything, and we were at 11th floor!

Great overall but even bottled water costs money. Most of the 4 star hotels in Europe would give at least two free bottles of water. In fact star hotel in Milan provides free water The shower head has limited water so takes a while to get showered

A corner room with the bathroom in triangular shape In the bathroom was no heating and it was ice cold on the floor and everywhere, there was also no extractor fan for bad smells and the only way to get some warmth in the bathroom was by leaving the bathroom door open all the time. All b all an unpleasant experience and a single room which was sold for a double with a paid for upgrade

Very nice hotel, we especially liked how quiet the rooms were - that's the biggest factor for us. The gym was well above average as well.

Used as a base for meetings in Genoa. Conveniently located with parking available. Comfortable rooms
