Room clean staff friendly breakfast was amazing with so much choice, pool ok could do with updating changing rooms and outside jacuzzi, we found the pool too noisy with some kids screaming Or splashing without a care for older people being around

We loved our stay at the Merton hotel. Child focused and very friendly. Excellent service and staff. Pool area was great and the breakfast was excellent. Brilliant and varied night entertainment. Good acts on for the adults and the young team who entertained the kids were very talented and really put everything into making sure they had fun.

Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant

Merton hotel.has 5 star vibes and facikities. Their rooms are speciouse and clean. Staff is doo helpful 24 hours desk and resturant and bar has professional froendly staff. Contimental breakfast . Merton has Aqua spa which has indoor outdoor pools along steam.and Suna plus massage options. Merton also.offeres yoga and other excercise classess free of charge during your stay. Its affordable, Amazing and lurxery hotel near Coastline 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Staff great, breakfast had an excellent choice of things to eat.

Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy.

As with every other stay at the Merton. The food was outstanding the staff make the Merton the most successful family hotel in Jersey.

Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and no waiting. Bed mattress was uncomfortable and gave me a sore back. Staff were friendly.

Large hotel with lots of facility's. Fantastic swimming pool, numerous bars& restaurants, entertainment for all ages. Not a sea front hotel but in a nice location & a nice walk through the park to town & buses.

Surpassed expectations, friendly staff. Pool and gym, dining, a few restaurants to choose from, very central for shops and dining. Good value.

We paid for a standard double room and were given a suite with balcony, kitchen, dinette and lounge. What's not to like?!

The wonderful flower and shrub display as you enter the hotel. And the excellent way the hotel is furnished. Also the different Bars, Piano bar, American style diner etc.

Staff bend over backward to help.Unfortunately part of the trip involved a bank holiday, so the hotel and the pool were filled with locals on a weekend break and activities like aquarobics and Pilates classes etc. weren't on as the staff were on holiday too. Food plentiful and lots of choice but the hot dishes could have been hotter, as it was they were quite tepid, but served on hot plates. Conveniently placed for a 15 minute walk into town and to the local park where a brass band was playing.Nightly entertainment for the kids was excellent, entertainment for the adults was a bit samey with mostly singers, but an excellent magic act. Sun beds and particularly umbrellas around the pool were in short supply, and some of the deck chairs were in poor condition.The restaurant staff need particular comment as they were superb, attentive and efficient.For a 3 star hotel,it was excellent and would recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel are the superb, diligent hard working staff. The entertainment for the children under 9 are superb. Our little one has many fond memories of our break in Jersey, thanks to the wonderful facilities and the staff who deliver exceptional service.

What a wonderful hotel! Myself and my son had the best stay here, he absolutely loved being able to go to the swimming pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the flow rider experience. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and made the stay comfortable. The evening entertainment had a good balance of activities for the whole family. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and was a welcome addition to the stay so we could fuel up every morning. Everywhere in the hotel was super clean and our room was spotlessly clean each day by Shaun. The hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk into town and easy to do with children. We would certainly come back!!!!
