The hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean.

The room was clean and chic. The AC worked great and it was so peaceful and quiet! The location was the best part about this hotel, it is in a touristy area but not quite by La Rambla which makes it ideal. The staff were incredibly nice and I was even able to get an early check out which I really appreciated! I loved my stay here and wish it was longer!

Stayed for three nights with my sisters and mum. Hotel was excellent. We booked a family room which had two connecting rooms and one of them didn’t open with the card so i had to go back down to sort it out. However after it was sorted, the receptionist did call and ask if it was all okay. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and the location is excellent. It is in a safe neighbourhood, with lots of independent shops, cafes, and a metro on the doorstep. I would stay at this hotel again.

Small but nice

The room was small (as expected), the bathroom conditions weren’t green with stained floor. We stayed there for 5 nights and never had our bedsheets/duvet changed. Bathroom amenities had not been refilled. Breakfast was disapointing with extremely limited choice and staff at breakfast made us feel not welcoming. Won’t be come back for the next time.

There was a night club below that caused a lot of noise but they moved us to a higher room promptly. Would be better if they just filled the higher rooms first.

A very nice hotel in a great location!

The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Gallery Hotel is now our go-to hotel in Barcelona. The location is wonderful, staff lovely and rooms are good (although some are on the small side which is usual in Barcelona)

Loved The Gallery hotel. Great location for walking to many attractions and great restaurants. Front desk staff super helpful with dining recommendations etc. Room was beautiful, clean and peaceful.

Nice location, very dark room. Most of the staff are pleasant. Shower wasn't comfortable (low water pressure). Breakfast could be better. Small gym, very close to metro station, location is good
