Loved the room, the nice balcony and the staff was super friendly

very dated. pictures online look a lot nicer than how it actually looks.

We loved our view, beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing!! Check the bottom floor for Lucha Libre decor.

Overall we love our stay , loved that we were upgraded to a bigger room, it was well maintained and clean, will definitely comeback plus they have more than 5 Tesla chargers, the only cons I found was buffet breakfast they charge for kids over 12 and our kids don’t eat much so I found that little pricey but food was good. We are definitely coming back.

The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not.
