Although some fees were paid at check-in, further charges were added at check-out without informed consent. This raises concerns about undisclosed pricing and lack of transparent authorization.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and the staff was great!

The location is away from the old town. I personally prefer the old town area. But the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is standard buffet and has all we need.

Room was smaller than how it looked in the picture, Staff and amenities were very nice. One thing to improve is the elevators, from 3 of them one was out of service all time and the system they used for elevators was inconvenient. You spend a lot of time waiting.

They first gave us two occupied rooms and did not really excused themselves for putting the other guests and us in a very embarrassing position. We felt it was a bit light.

La única queja que pudiera tener es con relación a la ducha. El piso de la ducha es extremadamente resbaladizo y el tratamiento de franjas anti-resbalantes que tiene no es suficiente cuando el jabón se desliza con el agua por debajo de tus pies, sientes que resbalas y te bañas con mucho miedo porque no hay barras en las paredes para aguantarse, sobretodo para personas mayores como nosotros. Nos dijeron en recepción cuando ya nos íbamos y nos quejamos de este punto, que hay cuartos habilitados con más seguridad en las duchas, entonces ¿Por qué cuando ingresamos al hotel no nos lo ofrecieron si vieron que éramos personas mayores? Por lod emás todo muy bien.
